The Challenge

CSIC (Spanish National Research Council) and Upgrade Hub needed expert leadership to design and direct comprehensive AI and data science training programs. CSIC required a research-grade AI curriculum for their Momentum AI initiative, while Upgrade Hub needed a hands-on, industry-aligned bootcamp that could produce job-ready data professionals in 18 weeks. Both required curriculum design, instructor coordination, and program direction from someone with deep technical expertise and teaching experience.

Our Approach

Our founder Demetrio Esteban directs the Data Analytics & AI bootcamp at Upgrade Hub and designed the Momentum AI curriculum for CSIC. The Upgrade Hub bootcamp is an 18-week intensive covering ETL, Power BI, SQL, Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and Computer Vision — with 100% live classes, 1:1 mentorship, and preparation for 3 official Microsoft certifications. The CSIC Momentum AI program covers machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision with 200+ hours of content, modular microcredentials, and an instructor training program.

Key Deliverables
