Our Approach
We built Clerk as an internal Quorax product — an AI-powered digital employee that fills two roles simultaneously. On the business website, it acts as a sales representative: answering visitor questions via WhatsApp with full knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. On WhatsApp, it works as a personal secretary for the business owner: generating documents (Excel, Word, PDF), drafting reports, and managing tasks on demand. The system is trained on each client's specific business data, brand voice, and FAQs, and delivers daily activity reports with full visibility into conversations, leads captured, and tasks completed.
