The Challenge
CSIC (Spanish National Research Council) and Upgrade Hub aimed to launch comprehensive AI and data science programs for academic and professional audiences, but lacked the technical infrastructure, curriculum expertise, and web platform to deliver scalable, quality education. They needed a full program — from curriculum design to a production-grade platform.
Our Approach
We designed the Momentum AI program curriculum covering machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Built a Google Cloud-based web system for the program platform with interactive labs and automated assessment. Created modular microcredentials stackable into full certifications. The Data Analytics & AI bootcamp at Upgrade Hub covers Python, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, LLMs, and RAG in an 18-week intensive format.
